Ephesians 6:4 Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.

As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him. Psalm 103:13

“Honor your father and mother,” which is the first commandment with promise: Ephesians 6:2

Know then in your heart that as a man disciplines his son, so the Lord your God disciplines you. Deuteronomy 8:5

Proverbs 23:24 The father of the righteous will greatly rejoice, And he who sires a wise son will be glad in him.  

A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows, Is God in His holy habitation. Psalms 68:5
