Confess And Be Blessed

Malachi 3:11

And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground; neither shall your vine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of hosts.

If you know that you have been robbing God and you have intentions of stopping, I recommend that you do it now. Make a confession to God and say, “I repent of the times that I have robbed you because I owe you so much. I’ve taken advantage of you. I have a job because you gave it to me. I’ve got health because you will me to have it. I’ve got a family that doesn’t give me any trouble at all that you blessed me to have. I’ve got transportation while other folk are trying to get a vehicle. And it’s all because you’ve been good to me. Lord, I know I have not treated you right. I have not paid my tithes as I ought to and I should. And I know better and I need to repent of it right now and make it right with you, O Lord.” Commit to tithing.

Do it now. The only way you can get it right with God is by telling Him that you know you are wrong and ask the Lord to make it right this very moment. You must to do that. And saints you can’t let nothing or nobody stop you from treating God right, because God has never done any thing wrong to you. The devil’s plans are for you to struggle. He wants to see you living from can to can’t.

When you fail to tithe, it’s against the Lord. It’s not against the church. Don’t lie about your tithe. When you get a raise, change the amount you have been tithing. You have to face God on this one. When you fail to tithe, you tie God’s hands. He can’t bless you because you are not trusting in Him. I would be afraid to death to drive an automobile and be out of fellowship with God. No matter how angry you are about something; whatever it is, never take it out on God, because in your own private chamber you’ll have to depend on him – on nobody but God. Trust!
