The Be’s Of Life

John 3:3

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

We hear all the time about various things that we should be or what we should do or what we should have. This is a get age. We tell our children to go to school to get a good education and get a good job. It is always about getting. I want to focus on what we should be before we focus on the getting. Let’s go to the first Be. John 3:7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. Jesus didn’t say you should or ought to be or can be; he said; “You must be born again.” Eventually we will leave here with there are only two places to go, heaven or hell. I don’t wish hell upon anybody because that’s not a good place to go. Hell is a prepared place for an unprepared people. Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people. There is no in between. And there’s only one way you can get to heaven and that is by being born again.

According to John 8:44 when you are unsaved, you’re in the devil’s family. But when you’re born again, you have a new father. In addition, you have a new family. I thank God for my earthly family, but my spiritual family is greater. My earthly family will die, but my spiritual family will never leave me; they unite with us. No one ever has to say, “I lost my mother or father.” When they are saved, you know where they are. You also have a new future. You receive eternal life the moment you are born again. John 5:24 says that whoever believes on him as the scripture has said has eternal life; I’ve got it now. I’m just as saved now as when I stand before God in heaven. And I have a new finance because I no longer have to worry about making ends meet. The only way to have these blessings is to be born again. A person who runs from being born again is running from the best blessing they could ever have.
